When attempting to apply patch 25322478, error occurs. May also occur while applying other patches.


Replication Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply patch using: $ adop phase=apply patches=25322478 on patch file system
2. Patch completes with error
3. Run scan log: adopscanlog -latest=yes
4, Captured detailed errors in the adworker logs
