Task Status Does Not Close Tasks Per Status Transitation Rule When Task Planned End Date Past

Symptoms
In 12.1.3, task status does not move to status 'Closed' after Planned End date '16- Oct-2018 19:05:33' the Task still With Status Open.
Steps to Reproduce

1. Login username/password
2. Responsibility : Collections
3. query Account 'XXXX'
4. Task Tab > create new task > enter required fields, Date Type defaults 'Planned' > start date = 16-OCT-2018 19:03:33 >> end date = 16-OCT-2018 19:05:33 > save
Re query task , notice after the End Date as 16-Oct-2018 19:05:33, the Task still With Status Open.
Expectation is when task Planned end dates is passed, tasks status should automatically change to status = Close
