Goal
After completing he required steps in Note 376700.1 and implementing TLS1.2 with R12.1.3 environment, tests show the mailer is not using the TLS1.2 protocol to connect to outlook.office365.com:993.
However, the mailer command line test shows that it's making the TLSv1 connection.
