ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

MWA log file rotation is ignoring mwa.MaxLogFileSize setting in mwa.cfg
it has ignored the new setting and continues to rotate log files when they get to 10mb
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

MWA log file rotation is following mwa.MaxLogFileSize setting in mwa.cfg
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Applied the following patches to fix issue where dispatcher log file was not rotating:
Log Rotation Does Not Work For MWA Dispatcher Log (Doc ID 2328634.1)
25924705 The patch resolves the issue of dispatch log rotation issue
21259996 This patch will remove the password displayed in dispatcher log file
2. Set mwa.MaxLogFileSize to a number larger than the default of 10,000,000 (10mb),
3. Restarted dispatcher and MWA servers.
