Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, LOTSERATT

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Lot number missing in LOV for RMA receiving in HTML Receiving workbench if the RMA is received in a different org than the shipping org and the lot does not already exist in the receiving org. The lot does appear in receiving forms for the same RMA.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Lot should appear in the Receiving LOV in HTML

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Receive RMA for lot controlled item from HTML Receiving
