Workflow Error When Delegated Approver With Large Full Name Performs Approval Action on New Supplier Request (Doc ID 2468752.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle iSupplier Portal / Supplier Management, Release 12.2.6, an error occurs when a delegated approver tries to approve the supplier creation on behalf of the approver who is on vacation.

Due to this issue, delegated approvers cannot take approval actions on new supplier requests.

Steps To Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. New supplier request is created.
2. The supplier request is submitted for approval (AME is used for approvals of suppliers).
3. The approver is on vacation and so the workflow has been delegated to another user for approval.
4. The delegated approver receives the notification and attempts to approve the supplier request. The workflow ends with the errors mentioned above.
