Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Service Contract Renewals
Unable to add condition 'Check if Service Contract is Valid for Renewal' for an Independent Condition, receive the below error:

APP-OKC-157530 : Program error error while validating Condition Lines Statement in VALIDATE_STRING
Error is -100501 non ORACLE Exception
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Service Contracts Manager responsibility
2. Query for any custom defined independent condition
3. Add new function 'Check if Service Contract is Valid for Renewal' to it
4. Click on 'Save' , Received below error
