Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
After configuring automatic task creation for new service requests, the tasks are not created automatically once the new service request is created from Telesales eBusiness Center.
It is working correctly from Service Request form, or from Contact Center Service Request tab.

STEPS
-----------
Setup Automatic Task Creation for Service Requests.

(R) TeleSales
(N) eBusiness Center

 - Enter header information
 - Navigate to the Service Request tab
 - Create a new service request
 - Automatic Tasks are not created
