ASN Express Receipt Errors Out When Only LPN Is Entered with errors RVTBM-008 RVTBM-120 in RVCTP (Doc ID 2469524.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Test Instance of Install

When user is performing ASN express receipt with entering only LPN ,corresponding ASN gets defaulted. Upon performing receipt,receiving transaction processor errors with the below:

RVCTP: Receiving Transaction Processor

Concurrent program RVCTP returned error

Cause: RVCTP encountered an internal error. 

RVTBM-008: Subroutine rvtbm_immediate_mngr() returned error

Cause: Subroutine rvtbm_immediate_mngr() returned an internal error.

Cause: Subroutine rvtptcontrol() returned an internal error.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate Inbound -> Express Receive -> ASN
2. Provide LPN . (The ASN Number gets defaulted)
3. Click Done. (See that ASN Number is not populated)
4. Click Done. We get "Txn Success", but the request for Receiving Transaction Processor fails with an error "Error: Vendor details are not provided."
