Goal
How to check the following in Mobile Field Service
1. All Completed /Closed Service Requests (SR) that were raised for a serial number or item instance.
Or, in other words, able to see the Service Requests for a customer associated with a particular instance number .
2. Contracts and Entitlements for the customer based in serial number or item instance.
3. Contracts And Entitlements: need ability to hide/unhide amounts
When users go to Service Request > Contracts, can now see the open contracts
Need ability or new feature to give provision to make amount visible/invisible which could be controlled via some Profile Option so as to cater different business need.
