Goal

How to check the following in Mobile Field Service

1.All Completed /Closed Service Requests (SR) that were raised for a serial number or item instance. Or in other words able to see the Service Requests for a customer associated with a particular instance number .

2.Contracts and Entitlements for the customer based in serial number or item instance.
