Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Over ship happens when SO Line's Over-ship Tolerance is null and then the line is split.

Expected Behavior
Over ship should not happen when SO Line's Over-ship Tolerance is null.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Profile
OM: Over Shipment Tolerance - 0

  2. Create SO (Qty: 10)
In SO line, set Over-ship Tolerance to null

  3. Pick Release the SO

  4. If trying over ship now, system will say the maximum qty allowed to ship is 10.

  5. Pick confirm Qty: 1 only and Ship confirm it

  6. SO line splits into line 1.1(Qty: 1) and line 1.2(Qty: 9)

  7. Pick Release the SO

  8. Try over ship, the maximum qty allowed to ship for this line is 10, not 9.
If in SO line Over-ship Tolerance is set to 0, the maximum qty allowed to ship for this line is 9.
