ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Annual Leave on Termination is not paid out when a past termination has been reversed.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Annual Leave on Termination should be paid out on final Termination

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Terminate an employee and pay out the Annual Leave balance.
2. Reverse the termination and also reverse the payout.
3. Terminate the employee again at a later date.
4. Process termination payment to payout the annual leave balance, however there is no payout.
