Upload ASN Via Upload For Non-Serial Control Item Throws Error - "From Serial Number Is Mandatory"

Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, Receiving Functions
When attempting to upload Shipment Notice ASN for Non-Serial control item in iSupplier portal failed
with error "From Serial Number is mandatory at line 7"
When ASN created from the iSupplier portal for non-serial control item system allows to enter the LPN information in the Lot/Serial/LPN detail page.
However, when ASN upload via upload file in iSupplier portal, when we include the LPN information system is throwing error.
System validates the LPN information only during the upload file for non-serial controlled item.
STEPS
-----------
In iSupplier Portal Full access responsibility;
1. Go to Shipments -> Shipment Notices
- Upload Advance Shipment and Billing Notices
2. Upload file
- Load
3. Upload failed with error when include LPN that Serial Number is mandatory

Message not found. Application : POS Message Name: POS_EXASN_TOSERIAL_NUM
EXPECTED RESULTS

ASN get created without error for non-serial control item.
