Generate PRDS Outbound XML XSD 3.0 Generation Issues (Doc ID 2470393.1)

Symptoms

As per XSD schema 3.0 XML generation standards/structure, CommitmentIdentificationNumber should be under "AccountingReferenceNumber". Generate PRDS Outbound XML program by default is not generating this way and also unable to extend using custom hook:
