Receive error while changing warehouse on a sales order line

FRM-40212: Invalid value for field SHIP_FROM_MIR
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as order management responsibility
2. Open sales orders form
3. Warehouse on order line is defaulted to 40
4. Change Ship-To address on the order line
5. Warehouse on order line is now defaulted to 20
6. Revert warehouse back to 40 and then get the error message.
