On : 12.1.3 version, Receiving Functions

RMA cant be received
Attribute8 in the Oe_Order_lines_All table is too long, so we receive the error message and the transaction fails. Is there a way we can make this length bigger or suggest a solution for this?
The workaround we are doing now is removing the text or make it shorter, but we would like to have the complete text on it at the receiving process.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform RMA Receipt using MSCA

2. See below information in the INV Debug log

3. This happens when there is a Descriptive Flexfield enabled for Order Lines and Receiving Transactions and user is trying to enter more than 150 chars in the DFF.
