Workflow Notification eMail Delivered In Incorrect Format - Not Legible - Contains Weird Syntax


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.  XX HRMS Manager
2. Request
3. Submit request to run Concurrent Process
4. Process completes/sends email
5. Email arrives in incorrect format
