Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version,
After applying patch 28606626 which provides the ability to process Loan Balances Update program for multiple Contracts, the following error is seen
Error from OKL_LOAN_BAL_UPDATE: Loan Balance Update concurrent request log:

ORACLE error 6550 in FDPSTP
Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to ‘CALCULATE_LOAN_AMOUNTS’
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply patch 28606626
2. Run Loan Balances Update program - parameters are left blank and cannot be updated
