ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Argentina Localization - Sales Order line defaults Transaction Condition Class from Item Validation Organization

Using an Argentinean Localized Responsibility, when a Sales Order is created, the item line is defaulting the Global flexfield value for Transaction condition Class field assigned in the OM System Parameter: Item Validation Organization.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expected behavior is to get the value from the Shipping Organization defined at Sales Order header / Warehouse level.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Using an Argentinean Localized Responsibility
2. Navigate: Sales Order > Sales Order > Type Header > Type Lines > Call Global Flexfield >
3. See Transaction Condition Class is defaulting from Item Validation Organization
