Symptoms
When attempting to Create Term Template for Equipment Lease
the following error occurs.

Row 1 Account ID - Attribute AccountId in TermTempAM.EqpDistributionsVO is required

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Equipment Lease
2. Click on Term Template

Due to this issue, users cannot Create Equipment Lease as per their Business Requirement
