Symptoms

When attempting to click on Award Summary link, the following error occurs:

ERROR

Server Not Found


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Administrator Workflow
2. Go to Notification Search
3. Open the notification for Approved: Award Recommendation for RFQ 123456
4. Click on Award Summary link
5. See the error message
