20001: Non-ORACLE exception Error on Submit Appraisal (Doc ID 2471785.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to submit the appraisal to final approver, the following error occurs:

 



ERROR

Error: The changes were not applied because change_apr_status log = Success '&apply_to_personal_profile log=&update_tran_component_status log=&create_event log=&error is= -20001 non Oracle exception




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Using Manager Self-Service responsibility

2. Navigate to Performance Management

3. Click on task for Manage Appraisals

4. Select Appraise for one employee

5. Finish appraisal and select Submit to final approver

6. Get error
