Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to change a person's address via the Self-Service Human Resources mobile application, if a person opens the approval notification, the following error occurs.
Please contact your system administrator. The exception error message was: java.lang.NullPointerException
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Mobile Employee Self-Service
- Click the Primary Address
- Update Address Details > Submit for Approval
- Open the Approval Notification
