R12: CE: Bank Branch Lov Shows All Branches Instead Of The Branches of Given Bank (Doc ID 2471963.1)

Symptoms

In banking details page while creating bank account, Bank Branch LOV showing all branches instead of the branches of given bank.

If we directly open Bank Branch LOV after choosing bank, it displays branches related to the bank chosen.
But if we enter some text followed by % and click on TAB, it displays all branches instead of displaying branches related to the bank.
