Web Applications Desktop Integrator (Web ADI) functions show error "Skip navigation elements to page contents" under Desktop Integration Responsibility.

The following functions all return the same error:

1. Define Layout
2. Define Mapping
3. Manage Document Links
4. Setup Options
5. Define Style Sheet

Users report no issue on the "Create Document " function.
