GST: Manual OSP Challan Form Hangs Sporadically (Doc ID 2472529.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Manual OSP Challan Form is getting hanged sporadically when user is searching item without keying in any value. When it is hanged, user cannot do any processing, they will have to close the session and then they will have to Open the application again.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
No performance with the form.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate the impacting responsibility.
2. India Local Inventory > Transactions > Outside Processing
3. Enter Vendor Name / Vendor Site on Find OSP Forms India Localization
4. Click Manual > enter details like Location, First Party Registration.
5. Click lines and the form hangs
