Symptoms
When attempting to run the Year End Pre Process (YEPP), the following error occurs.
HR_6881_HRPROC_ORA_ERR
SQLERRMC ORA-20001: Primary Assignment Not Found for person <999999>
ORA-06512: at "APPS.HR_NONRUN_ASACT", line 5321
ORA-06512: at line 2
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on to the Applications.
2. Choose the HRMS responsibility being used, e.g. US Super HRMS Manager.
3. Run a concurrent request for the YEPP.
4. Check the log of the request.
