Problem Statement
On Completion Transactions form(WIPTXCMP), when attempting to perform WIP completion return transactions with the same transaction date as the transaction date of WIP Completion Transaction, the following error occurs.

Error
Invalid transaction date. Backdated assembly return transaction is not allowed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a discrete job.
2. Perform completion transactions for the job.
3. Navigate to Completion Transactions form and perform WIP completion return transactions for the job with same transaction date as the transaction date of WIP Completion transactions.
