Dunning Program Errors With: Cannot find callback date (Doc ID 2472834.1)

When running the 'IEX: Send Dunning for Delinquent Customers' program for all customers, the program creates a letter for the first customer, but fails with the following error for all other customers in the run (as seen in the log file):

Cannot find callback date
Error:Cannot find the callback date

When running for > 1 customer, the first one works, all others always fail. The problem is the following as seen in the log file and the debug.

1. For the first customer in the log, it retrieves the following date:
correspondence date - 14-MAR-18

For all other customers in the log, it shows:
correspondence date - 18-03-14

The date format is different. The debug also shows the following for those same records:

IEX_DUNNING_PVT get_callback_date - exception
IEX_DUNNING_PVT get_callback_date - errmsg=ORA-01843: not a valid month

: View Requests > Submit

  1. Submit the IEX: Send Dunning Delinquent Customers program for all customers at once.
