Termination Form Errors on Amended ROE (Doc ID 2472874.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Canadian Payroll Reports

When attempting to to use a Serial Number on the Termination Form
the following error occurs.

APP-PER-06094: System Error: Cannot update ROE Serial Number

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. ROE Serial Number has been populated
2. The serial number was populated from the import process and not manually entered.
3. Error message when the Termination record is saved
