Default Search Criteria Is Not Correct For Canadian French Language (Doc ID 2473019.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Requisition Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Default search criteria is not correct for canadian french language
when accessing application in canadian french language session.

Go in iProcurement 'Requisitions' tab and click on 'Search' button.
Click on 'clear' button to reset to default search criteria. The 'Requisition
creation' should be 'Anytime' instead of 'Last 30 days'.

In American English session it's correct. The bug is only with canadian
french language.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the default search criteria to be "Anytime" instead of "Last 30 days"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access the application with french language session in iProcurement
2. Click on 'Requisitions' tab and click on 'Search' button.
3. Click on 'clear' button to reset to default search criteria.
4. The 'Requisition creation' should be 'Anytime' instead of 'Last 30 days'.
