Single Touch Payroll (STP) Validation on address Style (Doc ID 2473063.1)

Goal

STP file as an UPDATE event file has been submitted but had a couple of errors that prevented the SSP from sending through to ATO which should had been caught on the Exception Report and there are no error in Exception Report. why are there no report in Exception Report on this.

Error 1: The Employee State Or Territory Code, if provided, must be one of the following: ACT, NSW, QLD, TAS, NT, SA, VIC, WA or AAT.
Cause: Employee has "Vic" as their state
