Task Report From Debrief Page Throws 'Unexpected Error' (Doc ID 2473622.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Debrief / Field Service Report

When attempting to execute the Task Report from Field Service Technician Portal > Debrief,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance".


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Technician Portal, for an existing task, go to Debrief
2. On the Debrief page, click on the Task Report button
3. The reported error occurs
