When Creating Party ID Through Integration Party Qualifiers Are Not Getting Loaded (Doc ID 2474089.1)

Symptoms

When Party ID is created through integration the Remarks Qualifier is not updated.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created Customer in EBS
2. Sending this customer information to GTM using ITM adapter
3. We have Remark Qualifiers like "Party_ID", "Party_Type_ID","Account_number"
4. This information is present in the XML and able to see in the "RAW XML" of the Transmission.
5. When this Transaction progressed, the remark Qualifiers are not updated to Party in GTM.
