Tax Payer ID Nulled Out When Updating Supplier Organization Type From Individual To Other (Doc ID 2474417.1)

Symptoms


When updating suppliers, specifically from 'Individual' party type to other than 'Individual'
 (ex. 'Corporate' , 'Partnership' etc), it updates existing Taxpayer ID to null.

STEPS
-----------------
Issue is producible with following steps:
  1.Go to Suppliers page ex) Payables Manager > Suppliers: Entry
  2. Query on supplier that has a Tax Payer ID:
  - Go to Tax details
  Shows Taxpayer ID is setup on the Tax Details Page.
  3. Go to Tax and Reporting:
  - Currently Party type being 'Individual'
  4. Update the Organizational Type to Corporation, etc, other than Individual and save.
  5.Navigate back to the Tax Details Page and the Taxpayer ID is null

BUSINESS IMPACT
----------------------------
  Due to the issue, Taxpayer ID gets updated to 'Null' when updating from 'Individual' type to other.
