Symptoms

Direct Deposit (International Payroll) is not generating output after upgrade to 12.2.x from 12.1.3

Log File

The output file for the request is empty (0 bytes)

+--------- 1) POST-PROCESSING ---------+
Disabling requested Output Post Processing. Nothing to process. The output
of the request is zero byte.

 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Payroll
2. Run Prepayments
3. Run Direct Deposit (International)
