Symptoms

Open reservations screen form errors with customer source type.

ERROR
FRM-40735 POST-QUERY  trigger raised unhandled exception.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Inventory > On-hand, Availability > Reservations

2. Query item and Add Customer Source type and Save.

3. Error is coming.
