Symptoms

Problem Statement
WIP JOB can't be closed because the below quantity hasn't matched for this release.
QuanityReceipt(po_line_locations_all.QUANTITY_RECEIVED):1
QuantityDelivered(PO_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL. QUANTITY_DELIVERED):0

User tries to do delivery transaction, but system cannot find the PO in Receiving Transactions RCVTXERT form.
Following error message occurs

Error
FRM-40212: Invalid value for field PO_NUM.

Steps to Reproduc
1) Receiving  / Receipts
2) Type the PO Number and press Find Button
3) Get error message
