Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Invoice Issues
Invoice failed cancellation. There is an unreleased Distribution Variance hold, but there is no distribution variance. Running online Invoice Validation gives the following error window:

APP-SQLAP-97634: The Invoice nnnnn has an accounting hold and is pending cancellation so you can no longer submit it for validation.
To have the system automatically validate the invoice and complete cancellation, please either manually release the hold or correct the errors that caused the hold then cancel the invoice.
