Goal
On : 12.2.4 version, Batches
OPM Outside Processing Batch (OSP) creates resource transactions even before the OSP PO is received.
The OPM OSP Purchase order is not received, but the batch creates the resource transactions (completed check box is not enabled for these).
When we actually receive the purchase order, it creates a resource transactions with completion check box enabled.
Why does it show resource transactions when we are not expecting it, as this should be dependent on receiving only ?
