Work-Orderless Completion Form (WIPTXCFM) Does Not Behave Correctly After Patching (Doc ID 2475284.1)

Symptoms

Work-Orderless Completion Form (WIPTXCFM) will not close after applying a patch. The following error occurs.

Click Ok on the error box and receive additional error detail:
An unexpected error ORA-20002 has occurred. An alert has been sent to the system administrator. ORA-01403 no data found


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Open WIPTXCFM under any responsibility that has access to this form.
2) Do not enter any data. Attempt to close the form in any way:
  a The “X” in the title bar
  b. F4 shortcut key
  c. File > Close Form
3) User is given no error but the form will not close.
4) Enter data into the form. Attempt to close the form in any way (“X”, F4, File>Close) and user is given the above errors.
