REP-0756: Warning: Unable to find PL/SQL library 'HRREPORT'. (Doc ID 2475693.1)

Symptoms

On Production ONLY, when the thread setting is 8, intermittently, some "Payroll Worker Process" (PYUSLV) child requests, of the parent program "Payroll Activity Report" (PAYUSACT), complete with a Phase / Status of Completed / Error and the following request error message.

The issue is not reproducible when the threads are set to 1.

1. Submit the program "Payroll Activity Report" (PAYUSACT) with a threads setting of 8
