Goal

 Q1: Can the Manager verify/confirm if and how many hours the user entered on that specific day/on a daily basis
   or the manager will have to wait for the end of the week when the user submit the time card?

Q2: Does the data saved by the user (on Timecard App) sync to the EBS application at saving time NOT at submit time?
