Material Workbench Shows Incorrect Quantities For Lot Status (Doc ID 2476293.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Onhand and Availability

Actual behavior

When entering the following query parameters in the Material Workbench:
View by Lot
Item
Status
The system shows incorrect quantities for lot status.
It shows also lots with different statuses than chosen one.

Expected behavior

Expect to see only the lots for the selected status.

Steps to reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Inventory
2. Navigation: On-hand, Availability -> On-hand Quantities
3. Enter query parameters and click Find button
