Symptoms
When attempting to query reservations in Russian language version of the Reservations form (INVRSVF1.fmb), the following error occurs.

FRM-40735 POST_QUERY trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to WMS Responsibility > Inventory Management > Material Maintenance -> Reservations
2. Try to Query for a Reservation
