Post mass addition program is not processing any lines

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that post mass addition program should process the lines

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a mass addition line
2. Try to post the same
3. Post mass addition program is completing successfully. But no line is posted
