Work Order Estimate shows wrong estimation cost when Direct item's Purchase requisition is in foreign currency (Doc ID 2476671.1)

On : 12.2.6 version, Asset Definition

When creating a new Work Order, the estimation  costs shown in foreign currency does not show the correct amount.
Incorrect cost was being calculated when Direct item's Purchase requisition is in foreign currency and was wrongly inserted into table CST_EAM_WO_ESTIMATE_DETAILS column ESTIMATED_COST.

Expect value summary to show correct amount.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Enterprise Asset Management
2. Navigation: Work Orders > Work Order > Create Work Order
3. PO > Requisition > Create Requisition associated with Work Orders, but in Chilean Pesos
4. OSP > Done > Save
5. View estimated cost of the WO (costs button in WO screen) > Value Summary
6. The totals and requisitions do not match up.
