Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, Demand Processor Related Issue
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
We have observed some cases where the sales order lines which get created
after processing release management schedules do not have request dates
populated on them.
Also if next schedule has same line details, then new lines are getting created
(causing duplication) which ideally should not happen since system should
check the matching attributes.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Do no want duplicated sales order lines, need to eliminate duplicated lines
and understand why the Request Dates are null.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Responsibility: Release Management.
2. Run DSP side 830 Inbound Planning Schedule
3. Process Order API > Duplicating Sales Order Lines
