Symptoms

When accessing the Project List the following behavior is happening:

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-------------------
On Projects List > no projects are listed
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
On Projects List > the projects should be listed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Projects responsibility > Projects:Delivery > Search Projects
2. Click on Project List
3. On Projects List > no projects are listed
