Warning Message While Trying To Update The Federal Field At Tax Detail Section Of Supplier Home Page (Doc ID 2477186.1)

When attempting to create a new supplier and supplier site the following warning message occurs:

This supplier is being saved as a 1099 Federally Reportable Supplier even though the current operating
unit does not have any income tax reporting site specified. Please specify one supplier site as the reporting
site in the Tax and Reporting section. Do you still want to continue saving the data anyway?

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Supplier page.
2. Click on Create Supplier and create 'Standard Supplier'.
3. Click on Address Book => Button 'Create'.
4. Fill out mandatory Fields => button 'Continue' => Button 'Apply'.
5. Get Warning message
